EX They have lived in Germany. -Fornire informazioni generiche su cose accadute di recente. spesso con gli avverbi “recently” e "lately". -Per azioni che sono accadute di recente ma il risultato è importante adesso. EX. I've lost my wallet -Per azioni che si verificano in un periodo di tempo non finito. spesso con "today, this morning/afternoon/evening/week/month/year/ century, up to now, so far, in the last few days/week/months/years. EX. I have heard this song a lot today. -Per parlare di esperienze che abbiamo avuto nella nostra vita. EX. I have been to London -Per indicare quante volte una persona ha avuto una certa esperienza o per la ripetizione di un' attività, spesso con once, twice, three times, four times, etc. past simple vs present perfect past simple: 1. un'azione definita nel passato, anche se recente. 2 UN'azione accaduta in un tempo specificato del passato e finita. signal words: yesterday, last week/month/year, ago.
